Inspired by my visit to Acoma Pueblo in New Mexico. I painted the clothing of the Indian figure in white with a tribal pattern, which I found printed on some literature. My intent was for the figure to appear to glow separate from the expansiveness of the living desert colors.

The original painting is a 12x36 inch oil on canvas.
