A tornado rumbling through the countryside is a danger to all in it's path. The rains come with the rumbling wind, and they pick up the dirt to make a cloud that spreads darkness over the land. Some would say it destroys all in it's path. As a paradox, it could be simply cleansing all in it's path. The scarecrow is blown from all directions, yet stands solid against the storms of the summer.
The original painting is an 18x24 inch oil on panel.
