An ideal little cottage in the woods. The first of my paintings from the country studio at the old Briggs farmhouse. While it was a serene place across from a lovely woods, and secluded by corn fields on all other sides, I had a difficult time rectifying how I felt about moving backward into the rough life of being in the old farmhouse.

The original painting is a 16x20 inch oil on canvas.
